These terms govern the use of the One Choice app and the venue dashboard (the service), provided by [Legal entity name, e.g. Illyronix GmbH], [Street and number, postcode and town, Switzerland] (we). By creating an account you accept them. Paid features for venues have additional terms, shown before you book them.
One Choice suggests one place at a time to eat, drink, go out at night or do something, based on what you ask for, who you are with and what you like. A recommendation is a suggestion. We take care to keep venue information correct, but opening hours, prices, availability and other details can change, and each venue is responsible for what it offers. Check before you go when it matters, for example for allergies or accessibility.
You must be at least [16] years old to use One Choice and must give truthful information, in particular your date of birth. Places for adults only are suggested to users aged 18 and over. Keep your sign-in codes to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
You keep the rights to the photos, posts, stories, reviews and messages you publish. You grant us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to store, show, adapt to formats and distribute them within One Choice for as long as they are published. You confirm that you hold the rights to what you publish and that people recognisable in your photos agree to it.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, in proportion to the breach. You can report content in the app.
A venue can claim its page once we have checked that the person acting for it is entitled to. Venues are responsible for the accuracy of their details, posts and menus, and for complying with the law, including on alcohol and age limits. Sponsored placements are always labelled and never override a guest's hard requirements, such as dietary needs or age limits.
One Choice is free for guests. Paid features for venues are billed through Stripe at the prices shown before booking, in Swiss francs unless stated otherwise.
We keep developing One Choice and may change, add or remove features. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service. We may change these terms; we will tell you about important changes in advance, and by continuing to use the service after they take effect you accept them.
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. As far as the law permits, any further liability is excluded, in particular for the accuracy of venue information, for visits to venues and for content published by users or venues. Mandatory consumer protection law is not affected.
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts at [Seat of the company] have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers. Consumers in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live.
